This fusion class with Helena incorporates pilates and primal movement patterns to build strength and challenge both body and mind. The class is designed to strengthen the back and open the chest to alleviate the stress caused on the body from desk-based work. It will get your heart pumping and raise endorphins to get those happy hormones flowing.
Not suitable for pre and post-natal women.
